          Moving up

Mentioned one week, selected the next.

          How people stay

Some appear once. Others keep coming back.

          Every week

          One page per announcement.

Counts exclude suspended accounts. A selection outranks a mention within the same week; a separate collab credit still counts as an appearance. Collab participants are credited only when an earlier official announcement identified their X handle.
